QUOTATION REQUEST

Quote Terms and conditions:

-Please note this is only a quotation and no booking has been made. Please note that payment does not constitute booking and all bookings should be confirmed via email to avoid miscommunications.

-Payment in full before departure, please note that payment should reflect before departure.

-No cash payments to driver are accepted

- should cash payment be made the risk is for the client’s account and Swanns will still hold the client liable. 

-The shortest route will be used for all bookings and price has been based on this, should client wish to take alternative or more scenic route, this should be specified in request. 

-Cancellation policy: as stipulated on quotation. 

-Swanns accepts no liability for lost or damaged luggage/personal belongings. 

-Driver/s accommodation are for client’s account (N/A for day trips). 

-All busses are non-smoking and the consumption of alcohol is prohibited. 

-Our drivers are instructed to comply with the road regulations at all times. 

-For all trips- please bring a printed name list for all passengers using transport ( Any fines due to omission in this regard will be for client’s account).

-Any damage or cost/fines incurred as a result of passengers misconduct will be for the cost of client.

-Driver is not allowed to deviate from trip description received upon confirmation of booking.

-Quote is based on trip itinerary and information provided. Surcharge will be applicable for any deviations.

-Quote is valid for 30 days however the tariff has been based on the current diesel prices. Please note that the current upward fluctuation of diesel prices may lead to increase of quoted price. All prices are fixed until the first Wednesday  of the following month(unless a 50 % deposit has already been paid to secure booking).

Changes will be communicated timeously.
